Just replaced all 4 of the flap-valves in the fresh air wall vents at floor level. The seals had become perished with age allowing cold air to escape through the closed position. A straightforward job with a screwdriver.
Part number for those of you with similarly frozen legs is 4-68671-00 VALVE ASSY, at the princely sum of £44.41 + VAT each!
