Aircraft operating cost spreadsheet?

I realise it's a fairly straightforward exercise, but I don't want to re-invent the wheel.

Has anyone a tried and tested spreadsheet they use routinely? Option for a twin would be useful, and with no pre-embedded currency symbols (I'm not that clued-up with Excel).

I was surprised how many were available via Google.....

Are you sure you want to know? :)

It's scary stuff, I know. This project is aimed around a Tecnam 2006T, with a group of 5 - 8, based at Shoreham (EGKA), in the UK.

There are stacks of variables, which would help pin down the initial choice of a/c: glass or analog; nav and coms fit; new or 'pre-used'; type of fuel used (and/or available); viability of renting for training (considerable hit on insurance cost); outright purchase or mortgage; group members' experience (another insurance factor)......etc.

Having been through it myself I would suggest just doing it yourself. Only you know how you want it to look. The hard thing is the input numbers not the spreadsheet.
