Licencing query

I don't suppose anyone knows whether the Dutch CAA permit one to fly a dutch registered aircraft within the UK on a CAA UK lifetime(haha)PPL? On enquiry, the UK CAA seem indifferent to the matter, and I can't get any information from the Dutch CAA because they all speak... erm.. Dutch.

I am pretty embarrassed that they don't speak English?! They should be able to! What department do you need? I can make a call for you to find the right person and check if he speaks English? Another option is to write an email and they will probably manage to translate it. Or just twitter them:

My experience of the Dutch CAA is absolutely excellent. send your query to [email protected] from which you will almost certainly receive a very swift response and in both Dutch and English.

Many thanks folks.

First question is, is it AnnexII? If not, then its an EASA aircraft and you can fly it until 17th April 2014. If it is Annex II, then you will need to check with the Dutch Authority.
