I also think that is a better idea than stickies. Perhaps if one at least started out with “recommended” and excluded suppliers and shops with bad reputations, it would mitigate a bit the litigation risk and still help people looking for go-to lists for various types of supplies and/or work.. parts, overhauls, avionics installs, pilot supplies, etc. For any labour activities it would be useful to always indicate EASA / FAA / both capabilities and Europe vs US location.
