Does anyone have experience of successfully persuading any UK local authority (aka; council) to let them use their land as a temporary runway under the 28-day rule?
I live next door to a school playing field that is rarely used but is also just about long enough and clear enough to land and TO my plane for its overwinter sojourn; but just before I make myself the local pariah by asking . . .
