What would you do if you landed (and got stuck) on an uninhabited island?

Assume the aircraft and its contents was not lost.

Probably use the sat phone you kindly sold me a few years back and call for a fuel delivery.

Apart from that, an uninhabited island may well be the safest place to be for the moment.

Stop worrying about getting Covid, send a letter in a bottle to EASA asking if I can freeze my ratings, together with a letter to Lauren to ask if I will qualify for a wild card appearance on her show when I get back to Blighty.

1) Dial another Syndicate member to arrange help.
2) If no mobile signal, listen for passing traffic, and ask them to inform ATC, to avoid emergency being declared.
3) Tie down aircraft as securely as possible.
4) When a curious boat approaches, try go get a lift to an inhabited place.
The longer I’m stuck without food, the more weight I’ll lose. Water isn’t likely to be a problem in the areas with islands where I fly.

Activate my PLB or if I forgot to take it, plane’s ELT

Hope I’m carrying my basic kit.

If it’s something I can fix get to trying to fix things, If I can call help somehow do that.

Then find somthing useful to do

I don’t understand, land as planned or in an emergency ?

I should add: no phone signal, otherwise it is trivial

Emergency landing. You have to survive.
