Done a little trip from LOWI westwards in really smooth air.
Not much snow around, and quite a bit of that red Sahara sand on the tops as well…
Milna, Island of Brač – super nice place with couple of good restaurants opening soon.
You guys have pristine windows! Jealous!
The result of not sharing a plane with anybody else.
As soon as you do, the windows get trashed because people rest cameras against them… I’ve had a bit of damage but not too much. It’s a really tough issue; same with headsets.
Milna is a lovely place. I will be heading for Croatia absolutely ASAP In fact we should do a fly-in there; last one was in 2016 and we have loads of new people here now.
The most important is to choose an angle where sun will not generate reflections and position the aircraft accordingly. Small spots or scratches on windshield will be invisible because of focal length.
They all reduce contrast though.
