You can do a full aerobatic routine in a Cessna 206.
I hope he did the carry-thru spar inspection before pulling this stunt… 
Probably a good idea in general, but a properly flown wingover is a 1+G manouver (not quite 1G given the initial pull, but maybe 1.2). You can do it in anything, even a helicopter, even an R44 (so my instructors informed me), though in the latter case you’d better not mess it up. And of course it’s not actually legal under FAA rules, since it counts as aerobatic.

Doesn’t look like a lot of g-force margin for error before diving into the ground at full speed.
Alas, many things that look cool are actually unsafe and irresponsible. Some more than others, but this is high on the list.
I stay with that oldish man with the hat in the video who shakes the head and turns away before the truck comes back.
It’s not a high-G maneuver, when properly flown as in this case. You can fly that in any aircraft, it’s practically all about energy management and the right timing. But ground is just too close here. No need for watching a video where you wait for impact.

Yes; the pilot knew what he was doing. Got loads of speed up and did the maneuver correctly.
Obviously, he could have killed himself, but you can always kill yourself if you do something wrong
