I am currently planning my summer trip and got a quote from Cascais:
For my Mooney and a 3 night stay it will be 512€ total
So it seems there is no reasonable usable Airport anymore for Lisbon :-(

From Sunset until 23:00 local 23,80€ – PLUS AIRPORT EXTENSION 480€
From 23:00 until 23:59 local 52.92,€ – PLUS AIRPORT EXTENSION 826,88€
Parking fee: 17,80€ per day
Pax departure tax:
SCHENGEN 11,05 € per pax
EC OUTSIDE SCHENGEN 19,57 € per pax
INTERNATIONAL 19,57 € per pax
INTERNATIONAL STAMP 8€
Terminal control fee – 173,41€
Security tax – 65€
Immigration Fee – 242,31€ per control (if applicable) Disinfection fee – 45€ Disbursement – 10%

Use LPSR, free of charge, 10 euros taxi to train station and 1 hour train to Lisbon. Rwy is a bit rough but manageable. AVGAS available.
The results of evictions of bizjets from lisbon, they now are going to cascais.
6 months ago we flew to Lisbon with the citation because cascais was closed. For just a day, we have been quoted 3000+ for just the night without jet, waited 2 hours for the truck to arrive, had to wait 20minutes engine on for a car to confirm we are going the right way…
Now bizjets are fed up and are all going to Cascais that is much simpler. Consequences is for the props…

Probably our part to reimburse the amount they are paying for there concession (or the part that goes in the pockets of the airport manager …)
I personally find the Terminal Control fee interesting …
Use LPSR, free of charge, 10 euros taxi to train station and 1 hour train to Lisbon. Rwy is a bit rough but manageable. AVGAS available.
That is what I am looking into right now.
Is there any reservation of parking spots required and communication in English ok ?

That’s actually quite common, but not so high an amount.
WOW!! Unbelievable. When I lived in Spain I flew there several times, as an old friend lives close by. Paid a few Euros. Looks like another European city is now unreachable by small GA for any practical purpose.

LPSR actually doesn’t look that bad. There are a few recent reports in SkyDemon and they agree the airport is ok. 10 minutes by taxi and then one hour (or less!) by train is not worse than many European capitals.
