Any reason for concern with UK based/administered trusts for EU based aircraft?

I wonder if anyone here sees potential issues with EU based aircraft under UK based/administered trusts going forward? For example, a US Inc, which is the formal owner, appears under a UK address and is governed under the laws of Delaware.

EDTD (ESGJ), Germany

I guess it depends the country you’re living in with your plane parked there. E.g. this would not work in Sweden but might work in Germany.

ESME, ESMS

I can’t see a problem because an N-reg needs to merely be owned by a US citizen or Green Card holder.

This person can be physically resident in Mongolia…

This ownership rule is a requirement for the FAA Certificate of Registration to be valid and is nothing to do with local regs limiting long term parking of an N-reg aircraft.

For example most of the 3rd World doesn’t allow long term parking of foreign regs… well you can usually stretch it but the bribes to local officials get progressively bigger and eventually you “get the message”
