I think these are two of the most interesting newly CS-23 certified aircraft, but neither is yet IFR (nor is the Flight Design F2, which I liked a lot more on paper than when I saw it at Aero Expo). While they both suggest IFR certification will come soon, I suspect it will still take quite some time.

As regards the B23 you are right, but I’m being told it’s imminent. Elixer may indeed not yet be IFR, don’t know when they’ll achieve it. Here’s how the panel of the B23 looks like:
A little more digging, and the only other single piston I could find that is IFR certified, is the Aviat Husky. Haven’t heard of many flying in Europe.
